Whats your view on life?

Life......what is the meaning of it? Is it to get through with as many rewards and as little mistakes? Or to have as much fun as ou can while your here? Or is it your just here case your here and you really didnt ask to be here and you really dont care if your here or not? There are s many views on life and half of them, most of them arent even true. Like, being here because your just here. You werent an accident. No matter what anyone says you werent born for no reason. You are the most special thing on tis earth. Out of everything God created YOU are his favorite. You are the best thing he has ever created. You cant even imagine how much he thinks about you and loves you. No matter what you think you are special. The very breath that flows through your lungs was made just for you. You are wonderfuly and beautifuly made. God loves you so much, hes crazy about you! Your his favorite person! Dont you ever think your not special cause you are and always will be! If you dont believe me look up John 3:16. Whats your view on life?

Thorns or Flowers?

Earlier today I went for a run on our church property which has a a path that has been mowed for those who want to run or walk. I was listening to "Forgiven" by the christian band Skillet and saw a beautiful white flower with a yellow center and a long green stem. I looked at the flower while I was running and didnt pay attention to where I was going and before I knew it I was off the path and into a thorn bush. I got upset and didnt understand why that had happened but I stood back up, got on the path, and started running again. As I was running it was like God said "Why did you get off the path? Its because you werent paying attentioin." So many times the world makes things on the outside of the path look good. We get off the path and go to pick up what we thing is a pretty white flower but in reality its just a thorn bush waiting to prick our fingers. Then we run to God and wonder why this happened to us but if we had just listened to him we wouldnt have gotten hurt. The world makes things look good so that when we see them it doesnt look bad to us so we think "Ah, its not so bad. it seems harmless so it couldnt hurt me." and then we find out really quick its not as good or harmless as we thought. the world does this on purpose you know. It wants us to stay out of Gods will. of the path that has been made for us. It wants us to stay on the grownd and not get back up. But you want to know something really cool? Everytime we get off Gods path and fall, he's always right there to pick us back up, dust us off, and help us move on. he is our strength when we are weak. Our comfort in our time of need. And when we do stray of the path, hes there to call our name and guide us back. yes there are going to be things that try to get in our way, and no its not easy, but thats when WE give up and let HIM take control and let HIM guide us around or through those hard time. He is a light unto our path. God will never fail you. Let him wrap his arms around you and walk beside you so he cant catch you when you fall :)

A gift for you

This page is for the broken. For the ones who think there is no hope. Dont think that pain will help you feel better because it doesnt, it just makes it worse. I use to think the same thing. I have made this page just for you because Ive been where you are and know how you feel, Ive felt the pain. I myself this year got over cutting so I know pain is real and it should be taken seriously. Cutting is just like a drug, its no different. It kills the body and tricks the mind into thinking it helps you feel better and gets the pain off your mind. But truth is, it doesnt. Thats a lie from the devil himself. It just leaves you with scars and bad memories and can even end in suicide. Had it not been for God saving me then I probably wouldnt be here today. Love is real, hope is real, and there is more to life than pain. Life is full of so many beautiful things, you just have to open up your eyes and give yourself a chance to see them. God has a better purpose for you than just feeling pain and wishing you werent around to see tomorrow. He loves you more than anyone else ever could. No one can even come close to Gods love for you. Nothing is greater than the love a fathe has for his child. He doesnt want you to feel this way, he didnt plan on you feeling this way. Yes life has its ups and downs and I promise you there are going to be hard time, but all the more reason to surround yourself with people you love. Trust me, its easier to get through those rough spots with people you love than by yourself. You are Gods love. He loves you so much. He gave up his son for you and you know what? That was Jesus. He was beaten and brused, wipped and stabed, and even had a crown of thorns placed on the top of his head. Then he was nailed to a cross and left to die. And you know why he did that? Because he loved and still loves you. Just think, someone loves you so much they were tortured so you wouldnt have to be. Every slit on your wrist, ever bruse on your arm, was already taken for you. He took the pain so you wouldnt because he loves you. Even the thought of you being in pain makes him weep and so do I. Knowing there are thousands, or even millions of teens in the world that are going through pain like I did just makes me cry. Not only does God love you but I love you. I know how it feels to wish just one peron cared and you know what, I care. Im willing to listen to ever single workd you say because I know how much it helps to for someone to listen.
